Mike Morris, is an experienced private equity advisor and senior retail executive with more than 30 years of IT, operations, and business management experience in information technology and operational business management. He possesses a unique combination of general consulting expertise and targeted experience in a range of industries, including consumer products, services, Omni-channel retailing, apparel, vitamins and supplements, fitness clubs and equipment, nutrition and weight management, personal care, and outdoor recreation. Mike’s background ensures he’s comfortable working in different capacities, from delivering “big picture” strategic planning to serving in a “hands on” project management role.

Mike has developed an expertise in assisting entrepreneurial companies, as well as small and mid-sized enterprises, achieve both their growth goals and their strategic and financial objectives by establishing partnerships with senior management and key personnel at all levels of the organization.

Mike has served as an operating advisor and executive at North Castle Partners since 2006. In addition, Mike has had a number of significant senior management roles. He has served as the VP of Information Technology and CIO for Vitamin Shoppe Industries, a national Omni-channel retailer of vitamins and nutritional supplements. He has served in similar capacities for J.CREW, the Leslie Fay Companies, and KASPER Suits, and has held senior technology positions at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis), Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, and Arthur Andersen.

Mike earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport, CT.

Nancy Silverman, specializes in the retail industry’s technology segment, She has assisted a wide range of internationally recognized companies in responding to complex challenges in the ever-changing retail environment.

With many years of experience in technology, Nancy has developed close relationships with leading software vendors.  She brings new perspectives to difficult problems, providing independent evaluation and analysis, offering solutions and implementation expertise. Since beginning her career, Nancy Silverman has earned a stellar reputation in the retail industry.  Her areas of expertise include In-Store operations, Point-of-Sale, Clienteling, Merchandising, Inventory Systems,  CRM, E-Commerce, Sales Audit, and all aspects of Change Management.

Prior to consulting , Nancy worked as Director of IT for a number of other specialty retailers including Barneys New York.

Before getting into the Retail Industry, Nancy was involved in Hotels, Casino,  and Restaurant industries, including owning and running her own restaurant.
